Account Management

  • Manage and oversee Amazon seller accounts, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
  • Monitor account performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback. 
    Develop strategies to improve account performance and meet sales targets.

Optimization and Marketing

  • Optimize product listings for search visibility (SEO) and conversion optimization.
  • Implement advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Utilize Amazon tools and analytics to analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviour.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management

  • Coordinate inventory levels and replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
  • Implement inventory management best practices to optimize cash flow and reduce holding costs.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, such as improving product quality and customer service.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyse sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on account performance, sales trends, and actionable insights for stakeholders. 

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies and initiatives. 
  • Communicate regularly with clients or internal stakeholders, providing updates, recommendations, and performance insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Amazon account management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon seller central, advertising tools, and marketplace policies.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
