  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the IT company's products, services, and brand.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage social media accounts and profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to build brand awareness, engage followers, and foster community interaction.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and social media ads.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.

Must Have

  • Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in digital marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry or related technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and marketing automation software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing practices.
