Responsibilities
- Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, posters, banners, social media posts, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes based on project briefs and guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design standards in all visual assets.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
Must Have
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to interpret project requirements, conceptualize ideas, and translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual elements that enhance user experience and brand identity.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
